FAQ

Frequent questions.

  • Is this a Scrum or SAFe certification?

No. We work framework-agnostic. You learn to place frameworks from the architecture, not to replicate them.

  • Do I need prior experience?

You should bring professional experience in leadership, consulting, HR or related roles. Depth beats titles — we check the fit in a preliminary conversation.

  • How much time should I plan for?

Alongside the in-person days, plan around 4–6 hours per week for reading, peer and practice work.

  • Can I do the programme alongside work?

Yes — every programme is explicitly designed that way. Modules are bundled into multi-day blocks.

  • Is there a certificate?

On successful completion you receive a B CULTURE certificate. It is a mark of architectural practice, not a method stamp.

  • What is the enrolment process?

Enquiry → preliminary conversation (30–45 min.) → registration. We confirm places based on fit, not on the order of requests.
