Programme
People & Culture Coach
Culture work is structural work.
Culture cannot be trained. But it can be shaped — if you understand the architecture in which it emerges. This programme gives People & Culture leads the tools, language and stance to address culture as a systemic question with real impact.

FAQ
Frequent questions.
Is this a coaching certification in the classical sense?
No. It is a coaching and architecture programme with a focus on culture and people work in organisations.
Do I need prior experience?
You should bring professional experience in leadership, consulting, HR or related roles. Depth beats titles — we check the fit in a preliminary conversation.
How much time should I plan for?
Alongside the in-person days, plan around 4–6 hours per week for reading, peer and practice work.
Can I do the programme alongside work?
Yes — every programme is explicitly designed that way. Modules are bundled into multi-day blocks.
Is there a certificate?
On successful completion you receive a B CULTURE certificate. It is a mark of architectural practice, not a method stamp.
What is the enrolment process?
Enquiry → preliminary conversation (30–45 min.) → registration. We confirm places based on fit, not on the order of requests.
