Transformation Guide
Change is not a project. Change is systemic work.

FAQ
Frequent questions.
Do I need a running mandate?
Recommended. A real case makes the programme significantly more effective — we support you in identifying one.
Do I need prior experience?
You should bring professional experience in leadership, consulting, HR or related roles. Depth beats titles — we check the fit in a preliminary conversation.
How much time should I plan for?
Alongside the in-person days, plan around 4–6 hours per week for reading, peer and practice work.
Can I do the programme alongside work?
Yes — every programme is explicitly designed that way. Modules are bundled into multi-day blocks.
Is there a certificate?
On successful completion you receive a B CULTURE certificate. It is a mark of architectural practice, not a method stamp.
What is the enrolment process?
Enquiry → preliminary conversation (30–45 min.) → registration. We confirm places based on fit, not on the order of requests.
